    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming user requests and questions via Zendesk efficiently
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all things credit related
    • Keep educated on best customer experience practices
    • Handle sensitive information pertaining user credit report information
    • Notice trends in customer complaints and communicate to QA team if necessary
    • Update and add canned responses on a regular basis
    • Offer solutions for process improvements within the customer experience department

     

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred, but not required. High school diploma required
    • Strong commitment to helping the Hardest Working Americans
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
    • Ability to analyze trends in customer data
    • Zendesk experience is a huge plus
