Progrexion is seeking a Paid Social Manager that can build out a robust channel that is based on strategy and hitting performance metrics. Progrexion believes in an Integrated Marketing approach to Media and is committing to building a single team that will manage all aspects of paid media, including Social, through a very holistic Integrated Marketing approach.
Progrexion believes that Social Media has the strong ability to be both a direct-sales driving force, as well as a main contributor to awareness building (both for Search and on a more global landscape). The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for researching and making decisions on what we need internally to ensure the program continues to experience success and long-term growth. Most importantly, they will be responsible for the performance metrics, both numerical goals and CPA requirements.
The Paid Social Manager will need to be confident and extremely self-sufficient. The high-level strategy will be provided, but the Paid Social Manager will need to manage Paid Social mid-level strategy and day-to-day operations independently.
