Role and Responsibilities
This position is for a FLEX (10 – 40 hrs/week) / WORK FROM HOME individual who will locate and cultivate top prospects. As a knowledgeable resource in recruiting, this Wicked Talented individual will roll up their sleeves, hit the ground running and make an immediate impact to the front line of our business: hiring.
- Assist in the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring efforts for all Company call centers
- Provide outrageous candidate experiences through Wicked Talented phone skills
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute on hiring plans to fulfill staffing needs
- Work together with the Recruiting Shared Services Supervisor to execute sourcing strategies that will attract and retain quality candidates
- Follow through on clear goals and expectations for yourself and the team, including staffing metrics, daily screenings, fill rates and new hire retention rates
- Have an open-mind to receive and implement ongoing coaching and training
- Consistently make good screening decisions that focus on the candidate's "fit" with the position and the Company
- Communicate status updates with management and HR teams to ensure hiring numbers are met
- Excellent attendance is required
- Quiet Workspace – free from distraction & interruption
- 2 years customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Work a fluctuating schedule based on the needs of the business.
- Previous recruiting experience is helpful, but not required
- Possess the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Have a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
