  • Overview

    The Creative Producer will facilitate the production of all creative projects in marketing. Working closely with the Creative Director, they will manage all day-to-day requests from the broader marketing team by organizing work flows, assigning projects, following up with other departments and aligning the right internal resources and external vendors or freelancers for said projects. They will need to be first and foremost a team player, resourceful and extremely organized.


    About your role on the team

    Reporting to the Creative Director you will also collaborate frequently with art directors, designers, copy writers, marketing channel managers and corporate-level team leads. You’ll be the glue that holds the creative team together and the ultimate team player: dedicated, hard-working and able to maintain/share a positive attitude.


    Because of you, projects can run smoothly and deadlines will be met. All team members will feel they have the support they need on each project. As our ideal candidate you approach each task, big or small, with the same attention to detail and enthusiasm.


    • Be the source-of-truth for all creative-related projects
    • Traffic all projects from start to finish while planning ahead for upcoming business initiatives
    • Plan and assign creative team’s stack by working hand-in-hand with team members and cross-functional leads to scope project tasks, deliverables and deadlines
    • Comfortably represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings—communicate on behalf of the team and capture notes and output for clear direction
    • Own, define and implement all processes, systems and tools for the creative team
    • Assert yourself positively with a go-getter attitude, an organized mind, a knack for execution and a passion for great creative
    • Quickly develop an understanding of the business


    Your experience

    • Minimum three years of experience working with brands or agencies focused on multidisciplinary work
    • Proven experience demonstrating your ability to learn quickly and adapt to a change in priorities and timelines
    • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
    • Agency experience and certifications are a plus

    • Champion the role of creative and build relationships with all Progrexion teams so they feel supported  
    • Ability to be nimble by providing support to the team while shifting into a producer role when it comes time to plan a photo or video shoot
    • Good understanding of the brands’ voices, their look & feel and how that relates to their specific value propositions, as well as what drives effective business results as measured by each team
    • Possess a collaborative and easy-going work ethic with the ability to give and take creative feedback and constructive criticism
    • Curious and passionate about the creative process and desire to work within a team to deliver an amazing product
