  • Overview

    Credit.com is looking for a data driven and creative marketer to take our CRM programs to the next level.  This role will report to the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing and own the strategy and execution of programs to drive revenue and customer retention. This individual must be a self starter and thrive in a resource strapped environment and have a passion for taking on challenges. The role requires experience in email systems, campaign development including knowledge of triggered email campaign and workflow structures.

    The ability to work with technology, marketing and product to successfully spearhead initiatives will be crucial to the success of this individual. He or she must have extremely high standards when it comes campaign creation and execution and a strong bias for action.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Own the management and execution of the Credit.com email calendar
    • Develop and nurture trusting relationships with customers
    • Develop and execute new and existing campaign to diversify channel and increase revenue
    • Build out programs to delight our user with useful information to improve retention
    • Implement best practices across all programs
    • Use customer research, data, and metrics to validate intuition and evaluate efficacy of marketing programs
    • Take ownership of engagement strategy and continue to drive towards goals with new initiatives
    • Increase email engagement metrics through vigorous A/B testing and optimization
    • Self-directed/self-starter capable of highly autonomous work
    • Develop effective audience segmentation
    • Develop communication streams for new products

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in retention, database, or customer relationship marketing experience
    • Strong analytic and quantitative skills and ability to extract actionable insights to achieve goals
    • Deep understanding of email marketing operations, techniques, platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to handle a large quantity of marketing campaigns and segmentation strategies
    • Passionate about customer experience and demonstrated consumer empathy
    • Self-directed/self-starter capable of highly autonomous work
    • Understanding database marketing, SQL, oracle responsys, or tableau a big plus
