    As a UX/UI designer, you’ll be a key part of the design and development of user interfaces, wireframes and prototypes. You will work directly with product managers, developers and other designers to create engaging designs that reflect business requirements, support user needs, and are technically feasible. The right candidate for this position is a creative problem solver with a passion for delivering thoughtful and engaging experiences customized for different user personas and across multiple digital touchpoints.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain a working style guide and design system
    • Work alongside product managers to design highly usable applications, interfaces, and elements based on functional specifications
    • Develop well thought out wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate website or app. functionality and interactions
    • Produce high-fidelity production ready designs
    • Always asking questions, conduct layout and design adjustments based on feedback, data and learnings from user testing

    Qualifications

    • College degree in HCI, psychology, design or equivalent experience
    • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
    • Strong interaction design thinking and familiarity with common design patterns
    • A clear grasp of UX best practices for web and mobile product design
    • A solid understanding of typography and fundamental design principles
    • You love to innovate and apply design trends where appropriate.
    • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies. (you do not need to write code)
    • Strong understanding of web content, UX, usability, development, and design
