  • Overview

    Role and Responsibilities

    This position is a for FULL-TIME / ONSITE (Corporate Office) individual who will provide advanced and escalated HR customer service to all employees. 

    • Be a Champion
    • Provide top notch, error-free escalated administrative and data entry support for a wide range of HR functions
    • Be a Partner
    • Collaborate with employees, business managers and ancillary groups to resolve escalated HR inquiries
    • Work together with the HRSS Manager to deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to sensitive, escalated issues
    • Be a Leader
    • Meet and exceed clear goals and expectations for your role, including proper escalation of inquiries and transactions
    • Serve as a mentor for HRSS Coordinator I or less experienced coordinators
    • Be a Talent Junkie
    • Facilitate verifications of employment, unemployment claims, and overall leave management
    • Partner w/benefits team on specific benefit tasks; benefit & 401(k) processing, reconciliation, & administration
    • Be Team Oriented
    • Triage help desk tickets, phone calls in queue, and/or HRIS process workflows
    • Communicate status updates with management and HR teams to ensure service level agreements are met


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Stellar attendance is required & no egregious compliance violations
    • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information


    Preferred Skills

    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Possess the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
    • Have a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
    • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Work a full-time schedule, with hours outside core scheduled hours when required.
