    Progrexion is the industry leader in credit repair. Through groundbreaking technologies and services, Progrexion helps consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports. Working with their clients, Progrexion helps challenge the appropriate items, to ensure a fair, accurate, and substantiated credit report for each one of our clients. These challenges are communicated to the national credit bureaus, as well as the original data furnishers.  Progrexion technology and services are used by Lexington Law, an independently-operated law firm, and CreditRepair.com, its wholly-owned subsidiary.



    The Product Team plays a critical role in driving strategy and aligning the business. When it comes to the customer experience, the buck stops with this team. Working to leverage market knowledge, user research, technical aptitude and experience-based intuition, the Product Team identifies opportunities and market problems that can be uniquely solved by Progrexion. You’ll be working with a passionate, customer-centric group of Pragmatic Certified Product Managers and reporting directly to the VP of Product.



    • Understand user needs and market problems to generate feature ideas

    You are a well-rounded leader with a strong track record of successful execution. You are a self-starter with the passion to excel in everything that you do. You are comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing and can thrive in an environment where you wear multiple hats. You have a strong analytical background, with an ability to build thoughtful strategy and execution plans based on data and market intelligence. You work effectively in high-energy, cross-functional teams, and can confidently communicate your findings to senior executives. This role will encompass all aspects of product management: discovery, development, go-to-market, product marketing and future iterations. You will work closely with senior executives from product, engineering, sales, and operations. 

    • You are experienced building and enhancing consumer-facing products from concept through launch
    • You have a history of gathering market research and turning it into actionable prioritized user stories
    • You are comfortable identifying high value features through concept testing, A/B testing, and MVP iteration
    • You can drive decision-making through data analytics and metrics
    • You have a deep understanding of both user needs and can compare that against the business capabilities
    • You possess strong communication skills and would be comfortable going between the business, and engineering, to coordinate complicated work streams
    • You simplify complex workflows and facilitate intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and user journeys
    • You consider yourself logical, conceptual, creative and an analytical thinker, and you pay close attention to the details
    • You have been doing the Product Management thing for 2+ years
