    As Progrexion's Site Administrative Assistant you will be the face Progrexion presents to its visitors and employees on a daily basis. This role requires a high energy, friendly, people orientated Wickedly Talented Person that is comfortable with Social Media, Event Coordination, and Microsoft Office. This is a non-exempt position.

    Responsibilities

    The Contact Center Site Admin is a mid-level position perfect for people starting out their careers but looking to shoulder some responsibility, or more experienced individuals looking for a fast paced innovative environment in which to flourish.

     

    The Site Admin will work directly with site leadership to accomplish the following:

    • Plan, organize and execute various site events
    • Work with internal and external vendors and business partners to accomplish goals
    • Provide support to site leadership by managing supply orders, track center inventory and prepare documents
    • Manage and oversee department budgets and incentives
    • Help to create and facilitate employee recognition programs
    • Be main point of contact for all site communication, including newsletters, upcoming events and important employee information
    • Act as liaison between site and community giving partners
    • Be first contact for all incoming visitors and employees
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Skills

    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • 1-2 years of administrative or office management experience
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and execute events and initiatives
    • Previous experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Professional in verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Event planning skills
    • Experience creating company collateral ie: flyers and newsletters
