As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple lines of business and locations which consists of 700+ employees; 550+ front-line agents with another 150+ leaders and ancillary support groups. You will need to balance the needs of front-line agents, front-line leaders, upper management and on-site attorney staff on a regular basis.
