    Based in Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma and Arizona, Progrexion leads the credit repair industry with groundbreaking technologies and services that help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and substantiated, and correct inaccuracies with individual creditors, other data furnishers and the national credit bureaus.  Progrexion technology and services are used by Lexington Law, an independently-operated law firm, and CreditRepair.com, its wholly-owned subsidiary.


    • Conduct factual research, gather relevant information necessary to respond to escalated complaints;
    • Retrieve and investigate data pertaining to legal requests from multiple avenues, including, but not limited to, relational database management systems, actionable intelligence platforms, inter-departmental communication, and in-house CRM tools;
    • Use data as a means to piece together the client journey from start to finish, or at times identify where pieces should be, but are missing;
    • Prepare chronologies of events and reports based on research results to identify trends;
    • Maintain a complete and accurate list of complaints and appeals which includes active and closed cases;
    • Work with the Compliance Department to provide the business timely feedback in areas where improvements can reduce non-compliant practices;
    • Prepare settlement check requests and other administrative tasks;
    • Maintain relevant databases and files for effective case management;
    • Calendar hearing dates and filing deadlines;
    • Ensure efficient follow-up with legal support services for effective case management;

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Strong organizational skills;
    • Excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe;
    • Ability to work with and without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines;
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal;
    • Paralegal certification required.
