    Responsibilities

    This direct hire position is for a working supervisor who will lead multiple recruiters in locating and cultivating top prospects.  As a knowledgeable resource for other team members, this Wicked Talented leader will roll up their sleeves, hit the ground running, and make an immediate impact to the front line of our business: hiring.

     

    Be a Champion

    • Spearhead the recruiting and hiring efforts for all Company call centers in the Utah market

    Be a Partner

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute a hiring plan to fulfill staffing needs
    • Work together with the Coordinator Supervisor to develop and execute sourcing strategies that will attract and retain quality candidates

    Be a Leader

    • Set clear goals and expectations for your team, including staffing metrics, daily interviews, fill rates and new hire retention rates
    • Coach and mentor team members effectively

    Be a Talent Junkie

    • Hire, train, and develop Wicked Talented recruiters to deliver outrageous candidate experiences
    • Consistently make good hiring decisions that focus on the candidate's "fit" with the position and the Company

    Be Team Oriented

    • When needed, interview candidates for open positions and help with coverage
    • Communicate status updates with management and HR teams to ensure hiring numbers are met

    Qualifications

    • 2 years high volume hourly/ customer service recruiting preferred
    • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
    • A minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
    • Bachelors or equivalent certification preferred
    • Preferred Skills
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Poses the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
    • Have a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
    • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Work a flexible schedule, with hours outside core scheduled hours when required.
