This job is designed for those that have a passion for providing an outrageous customer service experience. This role will manage our customer service platform, Zendesk. When this role isn’t helping customers and managing Zendesk, they will assist with compliance and operational related duties.
We need an employee that provides first class customer service, via email/chat. This employee isn’t somebody that says “that wasn’t in my job description,” as this position will also include Content Writing and assisting our Compliance and Operations Team’s.
