    • Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of payments processes and systems
    • Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of payments-related regulatory and network industry
    • Establish and maintain a payments processing policy document for Progrexion.
    • Verify that payments processes comply with the policy
    • Establish and maintain Payment compliance metrics and an executive dashboard
      • Track actuals
      • Forecast
    • Collaborate effectively with other Progrexion departments involved with fraud and compliance. In particular, the Information Security, Compliance, Marketing and Legal department.
    • Evaluate current and prospective vendor products and features that may assist Progrexion with compliance.
    • Represent the Payments team in coordinating with external parties such as vendors, partners, and regulatory entities on compliance and fraud management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal IT and business stakeholders
    • On as-needed basis, assist the other Payments personnel with processing activities during times of resource shortages.


    • Experience and expertise in financial/payments compliance area
    • Strong expertise with using Excel to analyze large and complex data sets.
    • Subscriptions payments processing and systems expertise
    • SQL skills – ability to query complex database tables to gather information to support analysis.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Expertise and experience with accounting and financial control systems
    • Ability to forge relationships with various business and technical team members and managers.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver planned results
    • Extremely detail-oriented
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Eager to learn and apply feedback constructively.


    Desired education and experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technology related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
    • Minimum 3+ year experience as financial or compliance analyst with complex custom financial systems, ideally with subscription billing/payments systems
    • Desired: Payments fraud management experience and expertise
