    Guided by organizational goals and priorities, the manager of this team will drive strategy for the functions with focus on efficiency, excellent customer services, continuous improvement and execution of service level agreements and practices that support Progrexion’s purpose and vision.  This role will lead the HR Shared Services team responsible for full life-cycle employee administration, including talent acquisition support, HR operations administration, benefits administration, system transaction processing, employee and manager inquiries, and HR compliance through the use and optimization of our UltiPro HCM and other HR systems.  The role will report to the Director of HR Services and partner with key HR and business stakeholders to develop and optimize standard operating procedures and service level agreements.

    Responsibilities

    • Build, mentor and provide leadership to HR Shared Services, to ensure top performance across multiple disciplines
    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand service delivery expectations and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
    • Develop and monitor performance and plan resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to service level agreements
    • Ensure development, maintenance and delivery of curriculum to support internal end-user training and change management initiatives
    • Help the team resolve complex issues related to HR programs and processes
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
    • Recommend HR process redesign to improve service delivery and/or operational efficiencies by leveraging existing resources and new technologies
    • Manage and support projects as assigned within HR Services
    • Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience within a HR Shared Service function operating across all functional areas, 3+ years of which managing and developing teams in an HR Shared Services environment
    • 1-3 years’ experience with UltiPro HCM and/or other HR technologies
