Guided by organizational goals and priorities, the manager of this team will drive strategy for the functions with focus on efficiency, excellent customer services, continuous improvement and execution of service level agreements and practices that support Progrexion’s purpose and vision. This role will lead the HR Shared Services team responsible for full life-cycle employee administration, including talent acquisition support, HR operations administration, benefits administration, system transaction processing, employee and manager inquiries, and HR compliance through the use and optimization of our UltiPro HCM and other HR systems. The role will report to the Director of HR Services and partner with key HR and business stakeholders to develop and optimize standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
