    Be a Driver

    • Results driven with recruiting best practice knowledge.
    • Work with your team of recruiters to hire a high volume of quality sales and customer service call center agents.
    • Be creative and innovative in driving and improving 30, 60, and 90 day tenure.

    Be a Leader

    • Maintain, build, and mentor a team of 8-12 recruiters.
    • Drive the recruiting strategy.
    • Motivate your team, while holding them accountable for results.

    Be Adaptable

    • Be flexible and resilient with ever expanding and contracting hiring numbers.
    • Know when to roll up your sleeves and lead by example – and show the team how to get work done.

    Be an Expert

    • Be a subject matter expert with business partners, and collaborate with call center management at all levels, training, and workforce management.
    • Understand key drivers and what it takes to deliver a strong candidate experience from start to finish.


    • 3-5 years of high volume recruiting experience, with an additional 2 years of experience as a Recruiting leader of teams. (Prefer multiple site experience).
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Experience utilizing data to drive quality of candidate hires, and understands pro-active recruiting and resume mining.
    • Knowledge of ATS systems (iCIMS preferred).
    • 1-3 years of experience working with an HR Shared Services and Recruiting Shared services model is preferred.
