    Digital Marketing Associate

     

    If you have hands-on experience driving revenue growth and user acquisition via digital channels across platforms in Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, and/or Display, we would love to talk to you! We are looking for an extraordinary performance marketer to help drive new user growth for Credit.com.

     

    Working directly under the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this is an excellent role for candidates that have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a lot of opportunities to grow and have a direct impact on the company’s growth.

     

    You will work cross-functionally with the creative, product, and analytics teams to drive initiatives and be the champion of channel best practices, proven techniques, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated success in performance marketing, comfort with data and analysis, and willingness to dive in and execute will be key factors for success.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Drive digital campaigns at scale to acquire new customers and grow the business
    • Develop and implement strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed volume & ROI targets
    • Full funnel marketing: strategy, ads, bids, landing pages, calls to actions, reporting
    • Prepare campaign reporting daily to monitor performance, perform hands-on optimizations, and ensure continuous testing and tracking
    • Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities with significant business impact
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape
    • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience driving growth & acquisition via digital marketing (SEM, Display, Native, and/or Paid Social)
    • Top notch Excel and analytical skills. Proficient in connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analyzing and interpreting the data to drive business decisions
    • Proven success in improving conversion rates through A/B testing and/or multivariate testing
    • Knowledge of tag management is preferred
    • Proficiency in Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus
    • Have self-motivation and detail-oriented mindset
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
