    The Database Marketing Specialist will be working in our Remarketing Department to help reengage previous customers as well as engage those who have previously expressed interest in our products.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and engineers to tackle a wide range of challenges including web & CRM analytics, email marketing, mobile, direct mail, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
    • Provide dashboards, reporting, analyses and actionable optimization recommendations using data science, data mining & statistical methods to drive customer utilization of the website and call centers.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to provide high-level insight and detailed segment analysis.
    • Provide insight into current web behavior to inform site changes and marketing opportunities.
    • Use existing data to help predict the impact and recommend the best course of action for future initiatives.
    • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify A/B and Multivariate testing opportunities and establish success metrics. Deploy and analyze tests.
    • Monitor and report on trends within the industry. Analyze these trends and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Develop database marketing campaign segmentation schemes based on customer type, transactional history, behavior and demographics that align with the overall CRM customer life cycle strategies.
    • Employ a consistent best-practice approach for creating email & mobile templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, and deliverability.
    • Work with Marketing team in order to optimize campaigns by monitoring deployments, providing results for analysis, and collaborating with team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in data science, statistics, economics, marketing or other related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience with SQL, preferably in a Marketing Department
    • Experience with enterprise web analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics preferred).
    • Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings.
    • Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
