  • Overview

    Our Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to add to our Human Resources team.  This position reports to the HR Supervisor and provides day-to-day support to the Human Resource department by carrying out essential activities for Talent Acquisition and other HR operational teams as needed.  This position may work remotely (from home) up to 100% of the time.


    • Provide customer service, administrative, tactical and data entry support for recruiting and (as needed) various other HR-related activities.
    • Handle questions and requests via phone, email, support queue, and other channels.
    • Provide immpecable customer service and support in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
    • Escalate certain transactions or inquiries to senior coordinators, recruiting managers, or others as necessary.
    • Answer HR questions from job applicants and others.
    • Work with recruiters and managers to develop strategies to achieve staffing goals.
    • Provide general company information and job opportunity details to potential applicants.
    • Screen and schedule applicants for interviews with onsite recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Correspond with job applicants regarding application status; serve as liason between recruiters and candidates.
    • Perform specific tasks in support of employee benefit program administration and projects.
    • Maintain timely and accurate recruiting and HR data records, including system transactions for new hires, job changes, transfers, promotions and other similar employee actions.
    • Ensures new hire paperwork for candidates is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Assist with coordination of drug/background screening and offer packets.
    • Coodinate I-9 and E-verify activity and recordkeeping.
    • Assist with external employment and benefit coverage verification inquiries.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • This position may work remotely (e.g. from home). Remote work environment must meet minimum criteria.
    • A collaborative self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including professional phone ettiquette.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with common programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize workflow; excellent organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
    • Experience entering and maintaining data within computers systems.
    • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
    • Prior human resources or recruiting experience a plus, but not required.


    Position Type/Work Hours

    This position is full-time (typically will work 40 hours per week), but it offers flexibility too.  Exact hours of work and days may vary based on work flow/volume necessary to meet business objectives, and as a result of your personal requirements.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary as job duties require.


    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee will spend 80% of their time seated and / or working on a computer.  Walking, standing may be required for extended periods of time.  May need to lift up to 25lbs.
