In this role you will be responsible for assisting others on their path to credit success. As a credit consultant you will be taking inbound calls with the primary task of motivating, educating, and enrolling clients in our credit repair services. A few key responsibilities:


Sales- That is ultimately what we’re here for

Attendance - We expect you to show up to work on time every day
Grit - We expect our agents to have a “fire in the belly” for success and improvement
Focus - This is a phone sales opportunity. You will spend 80% of your time on the phones

Professionalism- Be Honest and Professional to all clients and fellow employees


  • Sales experience; prefer at least 1 year of sales experience
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, drive, and a passion for excel
  • Computer and Windows knowledge
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
  • Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive sales goals
  • Stable relevant work history
