Based in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, Progrexion leads the credit repair industry with groundbreaking technologies and services that help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and substantiated, and correct inaccuracies with individual creditors, other data furnishers and the national credit bureaus.  Progrexion technology and services are used by Lexington Law, an independently operated law firm, and, its wholly owned subsidiary.


The HRIS Analyst leads, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains Progrexion’s HRIS and other HR ancillary systems. This position will assist in identifying new HR data management needs and the software products to fulfill these needs. The HRIS Analyst will make alterations and configurations to systems and gather requirements from end users while acting as a liaison between vendor technical support centers, Progrexion IT and Progrexion HR.


  • Performs high aptitude queries or data extracts from the HR systems, utilizing appropriate Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Creates, maintains and trains executives and managers on Executive and manager BI dashboards and reports
  • Consults with end users on high level and complex reporting solutions; Summarizes/synthesizes data and offers insight
  • Designs and develops enterprise wide human capital metrics to support the business needs
  • Develops and maintains a variety of complex reports using BI Tools
  • Develops data extracts from HRIS systems and imports to other HR systems
  • Serve as functional support for HR technology project; gathering requirements, writing business process procedures and workflows
  • Proactively shares knowledge with team to achieve objectives, analyze improvements, and better customer satisfaction; leads cross functional teams to meet departmental objectives and goals
  • Maintains data integrity by analyzing data, running reports and mentoring HR users in established data maintenance standards
  • Troubleshoots and log issues with service providers, follows up and test resolutions
  • Provides technical support and problem resolution for all HRIS systems


  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or a technology related discipline or comparable experience related to HR or HRIS
  • Minimum of 4 years with HR systems administration, support, design, and implementation
  • Proficient with Excel and the ability to create VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
  • An understanding of human resources concepts, processes, laws and procedures
  • Must be able to fully write/document processes and workflows
  • Be able to develop and present training to end-users
  • Must have experience using report writing software


Preferred skills

  • Experience with UltiPro software
  • Experience with Ultimate Software BI or Cognos reporting tool
